We answer the telephone monday thru saturday
8am thru 9pm. if, for any reason you should get our answering machine, please leave a message. We will
get back to you as soon as possible.
We schedule appointments Monday through Friday.
Though we try our best to schedule your appointment as quickly and convenietly as possible for you,
during our busy season ( September thru January ).
We encourage our repeat and new customers that openings may be backed up two weeks to a month. For this reason, customers
should concider scheduling cleanings during the spring and summer months if possible.
Before Your Appointment:
24 hours before your appointment, remember to:
- Stop using your fireplace, woodstove, or gas stove. We need to work with an appliance that is completely cool. Please
have a non combustible container to put ashes in.
- Cancel or reschedule your appointment if necessary. We charge a service fee for missed appointments, or appointments canceled
with less than 24 hours notice.
The day of your Appointment:
- Remove fragile or precious items from the area near the fireplace.If necessary ,we can help you move furnishings.
- Watch us work, customers learn a lot about saftey from us,so we don't mind.
